You may be here because...
-
Your mind rarely slows down, even when you're exhausted.
-
Old hurts continue to show up in your relationships.
-
You're trying to balance your own needs with the expectations of others.
-
You spend so much time caring for others that you're not sure what you need anymore.
-
You're carrying more than you let people see.
-
Life looks fine on the outside, but something doesn't feel quite right.
-
You find yourself stuck in the same patterns, even when you want things to be different.
-
You're navigating a transition and feeling uncertain about what comes next.
-
You want support, but aren't sure where to begin.
We spend so much of life responding that we rarely have the opportunity to pause.
Therapy offers something different: space to think out loud, make sense of what's happening, and notice what can be difficult to see while you're living in the middle of it.
Often, what changes first isn't our life..it's the way we begin relating to it.

Hi, I'm Leylee,
I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist and first-generation Latina who works with adults navigating life's challenges, transitions, relationships, and periods of growth.

I know that life can ask a lot of us. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, facing a difficult decision, moving through a transition, or simply trying to make sense of where you are, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and find support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can think out loud, ask hard questions, and explore parts of your experience that may have never had much room before.
Together, we'll explore what's bringing you here, better understand the patterns shaping your experience, and identify what will help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
